I think that what this quote is trying to say is that no one other than yourself is capable of achieving your goals , no one can change your thought towards the future , therefore you shouldn't put your future or depend on anyone to get to where you want to be . Do you and don't worry about no one else because at the end of the day who's there ? YOU .. do what's best for you , no one else.
